KYB replaced several homegrown apps and one-off vendor-built solutions with the Fuuz platform, starting with MES for Kanban production, WMS to receive, count, track and ship, and EDI for its automotive Tier 1 supply chain.

Where They Started

KYB Americas builds original equipment and aftermarket shocks and struts in Franklin, Indiana, where KYB has manufactured since 1986. Over time, plant floor and logistics work had spread across homegrown applications and one-off solutions that vendors built for a single purpose. Each one solved a problem, but none of them scaled, and each tied the plant to the system it was built around.
