Who it is for

## Anyone Who Works With Fuuz

The 101 serves two audiences at once. For non-technical participants it is a complete, standalone program. For technical participants it is the foundation that lets the 201 move faster and go deeper.

### Operations and business leaders

Operations managers, directors, business analysts and project sponsors who need the platform context to make decisions and work well with an implementation team.

### Project, quality and PMO teams

Project managers and QC team members who will manage sprints, take part in UAT and need to understand what is being built and how it is tested.

### IT and engineering

IT engineers and analysts supporting manufacturing environments who need a platform overview before a Fuuz deployment.

### Partners and new team members

Integrators who want the whole engagement team speaking the same language, and new Fuuz employees building their foundation.

### Solution architects

Architects who want the vocabulary and context that improves the blueprints they hand to solution engineers.

### Developers heading to the 201

Technical participants who continue to the Developer 201 on Tuesday. The 101 is required first.

What you will learn

## A Complete Picture Of The Platform

Guided instruction and live demonstrations in a real Fuuz tenant. It is conceptual and observational, not hands-on building, so everyone absorbs the same knowledge at the same pace.

### Platform architecture

How the Enterprise, the Integration App and functional app tenants fit together, how Build, QA and Production keep changes safe, and how cloud and edge work together.

### Fuuz in the real world

Case studies from production deployments, with real performance numbers and what the platform handles at scale.

### A live tenant tour

Two hours inside a live Fuuz tenant: the admin panel, environments, access control, data management, logs and developer tools.

### The accelerators

What the MES, WMS, QC and CMMS accelerators include, and how they differ from locked-down, traditional software.

### Industry standards

Why ISA-95 matters, plus CESMII and i3X, and what they mean for open, portable industrial architectures.

### The four pillars

How the Schema, Flow, Screen and Document designers work alone and together to power every application.

### Resources and support

How to use the help center, support tickets, the community, Fuuz Academy and GitHub, and the four phases of an implementation.

### The art of the possible

What manufacturers build today: live OEE, end-to-end traceability, paperless warehouses and predictive maintenance.

## The Tools Behind Every Application

The 101 introduces each designer at an overview level. Hands-on building is the focus of the Developer 201.

### Schema Designer

Define data models and relationships. Every model gets a live GraphQL API automatically. No SQL, no migration scripts.

### Flow Designer

Visual programming for business logic, automation, integrations and notifications: when this happens, do that.

### Screen Designer

Build the screens operators and managers use every day, from tables and forms to dashboards and mobile layouts.

### Document Designer

Design barcode labels, certificates and reports with live data binding, printed on demand or triggered automatically.

Questions

## Foundations 101 FAQ

Is the 101 right for me if I am not technical?Yes. It is designed for mixed audiences. Content is delivered through guided instruction and live demonstrations, not hands-on development. Operations managers, project managers, business analysts and QC team members regularly attend.

If I am a developer, do I still need the 101?Yes. It is required before the Developer 201, and it gives you the architecture and vocabulary that let you move faster in the 201. Technical participants can complete both in one trip to Rochester Hills.

Can I attend virtually?Yes, if you are taking the 101 only, with dedicated instructor support. All 101 content can be taken remotely.

Do I attend in person if I take the 101 and 201?Yes. The 201 uses physical lab hardware, so the full cohort week is in person at the Fuuz Training Lab.

What certificate do I earn?A Fuuz Foundations Bootcamp 101 Completion Certificate. The full Fuuz Certified Developer credential also requires the 201, the 301 and an approved capstone project.

What do I need to bring? In person, a laptop with Chrome or Edge and a charger. Fuuz provides workstations, materials and meals. Virtual participants need a reliable connection, Chrome or Edge, and a headset.

Is the content the same for every cohort? The core curriculum is consistent. Instructors update case studies, examples and demonstrations as new capabilities and customer stories become available.

What comes after the 101?Technical participants usually continue to the Developer 201 the next day. Others can go deeper with self-paced courses at [academy.fuuz.com](https://academy.fuuz.com/) and the [help center](https://www.fuuz.com/help/).
