Access Requests allow Application Administrators to request the creation of a new enterprise user by submitting an email or username. The request is routed to an Enterprise Administrator for approval; once approved, the user is provisioned and can be assigned roles in the application.

## Process

1. Application Admin opens **Access Requests** in the app.
2. Enter the new user's email or username and submit.
3. Enterprise Admin reviews and **Approves** or **Declines** .
4. On approval, a new **Enterprise User** is created; assign roles in the app.

> **Tip:** Use Access Requests to keep corporate identity governance separate from local site administration.
